As the future of work is defined Salesforce.com seeks to lead the next phase by empowering all businesses and users with the tools they need to get their work done as efficiently and effectively as possible - and with a real sense of joy and accomplishment. As a manager Ian is blessed with an extremely talented, well-rounded and wildly enthusiastic team of 30 managers, designers and researchers. Ian is a graduate of McGill University’s Film and Communications program, an ex-hardcore musician, and currently a Category 3 road racer, amateur photographer and hopeless optimist.

Dennis is the UX Creative Director at Homeaway, the World’s largest vacation rental marketplace, headquartered in Austin, Texas. He and his team design the web and mobile experiences for not only Homeaway.com but also VRBO, Homelidays, Bedandbreakfast, Vacationrentals.com and several others. He also oversees HomeAway's industry leading property management software in the software group. Dennis has had a variety of experiences, from working at Nasa Ames as a technical illustrator, to designing a variety of startup applications in the Bay Area, where he where he was born and raised. He enjoys mountain biking, indoor soccer, backpacking and wearing Adidas Sambas. If you get a chance, ask him what he designed for NASA's SETI team.

Randall is the Chief Innovation Officer at Verb, an organization dedicated to to unleashing the power of entrepreneurship for good. Randall was the former Director of Innovation at the Lance Armstrong Foundation leading the creation and launch of the LIVESTRONG brand that catapulted the organization from a $10MM organization to a $65MM organization in less than two years.
